Meet Amber...
The Woman Behind Pleasure-Based Grief Integration
If you're here, you're probably carrying something heavy.
Grief doesn't disappear because the world stops talking about it. It settles into your body. It's in the way you hold your breath, your shoulders, or the way you stop laughing without realizing it. We become so practiced at carrying our pain that we forget what it feels like to simply be.
I'm not a therapist and this isn't therapy. I know this because I've lived it -
not
just as a practitioner, as a woman.
Everything I teach was born from walking through grief myself and asking a question I couldn't seem to find an answer to:
What happens after we survive?
Because surviving isn't the same as living, and healing isn't the same as returning.
You honored the loss. Now it's time to honor the woman who survived it.
